Q: How soon will you ship my order?
A: We're proud of our very fast shipping time and we strive to ship your jewelry off the same day that you order! If we receive your order after mailing hours we will get it ready and ship it prompty in the morning. We ship 6 days a week, excluding Sundays. |
Q: How much do you charge for shipping?
A: We ship all of our packages by Priority Mail within the US and by Airmail Letter Post outside of the US. We charge a flat rate of $3.85 for your package, no matter how many items you purchase. |
Q: How do I clean my new jewelry?
A: Keeping your new crystal in optimal shape is quite simple. Simply use a soft cloth to gently wipe your crystal to remove dust or fingerprints and it will sparkle like new. Washing with soap and water is not needed or recommended. |
Q: What if I would like to return my jewelry?
A: Hopefully, our jewelry will exceed your expectations but if for any reason you would like to return your new jewelry we will gladly accept it back and credit you the purchase price (minus shipping) within 30 days from purchase. |
Q: Can you please explain PayPal?
A: We believe that PayPal is an excellent and secure payment system and have set up a special customized cart system through them. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase through the PayPal system! Paying through PayPal allows you to pay by all major credit cards and also by electronic check. One of the best features of PayPal is that it protects buyers like yourself by not providing your personal credit card or bank data to any merchant you buy from. |
